XM and Sirius to merge?

According to this article both companies have agreed to it. Now the regulatory peeps will have to scrutinize it. I have XM in my car is why it interests me. Any of you guys have satellite radio? If so, which one? Like it? Hate it?

I just have my regular old stereo. My friend has XM though and she LOVES it!
